Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your PostPayoff account, stored Facebook or Instagram integration data, and related application data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email support@postpayoff.com.
- Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Include the email address associated with your PostPayoff account and identify the connected Facebook Page or Instagram professional account you want removed, if applicable.
- Tell us whether you want a specific integration removed or your entire PostPayoff account deleted.
Do not send your password, access token, payment details, or any other sensitive credentials. We may ask for limited additional information to confirm that the request relates to your account.
What will be deleted
Depending on your request, deletion may cover:
- Your PostPayoff account and profile information.
- Stored Facebook or Instagram connection details and integration tokens.
- Post information, comments, engagement data, and insights stored by PostPayoff and associated with the connection.
- Automation settings, tracked links, click records, and related attribution data.
- Supported affiliate or sales attribution data linked to the account.
Processing timeframe
We will acknowledge and process verified requests within a reasonable timeframe. Some records may remain temporarily in protected backups until routine backup rotation is complete. We may retain limited information when required by law, necessary for security or fraud prevention, or needed to document that a deletion request was fulfilled.
Disconnecting Meta accounts
You may also remove PostPayoff through your Facebook or Instagram settings. Disconnecting there revokes PostPayoff's future authorized access through that connection, but sending a deletion request ensures that related information already stored by PostPayoff is identified for deletion.
