Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of PostPayoff and its publishing, analytics, automation, link tracking, and attribution features.
Effective date
August 20, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using PostPayoff, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use PostPayoff for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, keep your PostPayoff account credentials secure, promptly report suspected unauthorized access, and remain responsible for activity under your account. You are responsible for confirming that people who access an organization's workspace are authorized to do so.
Permitted use
You may use PostPayoff for lawful social publishing, analytics, engagement automation, link tracking, and attribution activities that comply with these terms and the rules of every connected platform.
Prohibited use
You may not use PostPayoff to:
- Break the law, infringe rights, deceive people, or distribute harmful or unauthorized content.
- Send spam, manipulate engagement, or violate Meta or another connected platform's policies.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.
- Upload malware, misuse tracked links, falsify attribution, or interfere with accurate reporting.
- Reverse engineer or resell the service except where expressly permitted in writing.
Third-party platforms and integrations
PostPayoff may connect with services operated by third parties. Your use of Facebook, Instagram, Meta APIs, affiliate networks, sales platforms, and other integrations is also governed by their terms and policies. You are responsible for maintaining permission to access connected accounts and for the content or instructions you send through them.
Integrations may change, become unavailable, or require reauthorization due to third-party decisions. PostPayoff is not responsible for a third party's service, data accuracy, availability, or policy enforcement.
Availability and changes
PostPayoff is currently in development. Features may be introduced, changed, limited, paused, or removed as the product evolves. We do not promise that every proposed integration or feature will become available, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Future subscriptions
PostPayoff does not currently offer paid subscriptions through this website. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing intervals, renewal terms, cancellation rules, taxes, and refund information will be presented before a purchase. We will not charge users without their authorization.
Intellectual property
PostPayoff and its software, branding, design, and documentation are owned by PostPayoff or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You retain rights in content you submit. You grant PostPayoff the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide and protect the service and follow your authorized instructions for as long as needed to provide the service.
Termination
You may stop using PostPayoff and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, unlawful use, security risk, harm to the service or others, or a third-party platform requirement. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PostPayoff is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Analytics and attribution depend on available data and integrations and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. PostPayoff does not guarantee social performance, clicks, sales, commissions, revenue, or business outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PostPayoff and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid PostPayoff in the preceding twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops or legal requirements change. We will post revised terms here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept them.
